  • Smart Wi-Fi® will also let you know which department a custome is in at any given moment.

  • Smart Wi-Fi® can send customers different messages, depending on their location.

3. The Content may differ - but the app stays the same

The mobile app will base what it shows on the customer’s location

  • If your client is moving between different parts of a museum — show him information about various exhibits.
  • If your client is moving between different branches of your network — show him something about the branch he is currently in.
  • At festivals, use the chatbot or the app to communicate with speakers. A visitor’s question will go straight to the right speaker based on the visitor’s location.

How to Start Using Smart Wi-Fi®
You must have a mobile app
or a chabot.
You must integrate your CRM System with Smart Wi-Fi® communication channels.
You must then install Smart Wi-Fi® software on your establishment’s Wi-Fi network.
